Interactive Art + Creative Technology + Visual Design + Physical Computing
This project involves capturing the movements of participants through a camera. As they interact with the installation, they have the opportunity to transform into hand-drawn characters displayed on the screen. Within the installation, there are two character options with distinct backgrounds: a space robot and a fluffy monster on the ocean floor. To enhance engagement and flexibility, I have incorporated sliders that allow participants to adjust various elements such as color and size for the characters.

Participants can navigate between the characters by clicking left or right, and they also have the option to remove the background by clicking up or down, allowing them to view themselves as if looking into a mirror. The intention behind this work is to evoke nostalgia for the carefree creativity of childhood, where our doodles were filled with casual colors and whimsical lines, as demonstrated in this installation.
Doodle encourages people to have fun with it.
